Nickie Hayden

Nickie Hayden was born in London. She has worked as a painter and printmaker for 26 years. She has been a member of Graphic Studio Dublin since 1990 and is currently a director. She has also been a director of the Black Church Print Studio. She has had many solo exhibitions in both painting and printmaking, and has taken part in many group exhibitions including: Iontas, Oireachtas, the Royal Hibernian Academy (RHA), Rubicon Gallery, Paul Kane Gallery, and Lemon Street Gallery. Her work was chosen by President Mary Robinson to present to President Václav Havel of the Czech Republic. Her work is to be found in public and private collections including: the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Office of Public Works, The Ark, Enterprise Ireland (Dublin, Zurich, Stockholm, Boston and Düsseldorf), Intel Ireland, AIB, and National Irish Bank.
