Stephen Lawlorb.1958

Stephen Lawlor was born in Dublin. He graduated in Visual Communications from NCAD in 1983. He joined Graphic Studio Dublin's print workshop in 1984 and from then developed his skills as a printmaker. He lectured in printmaking and life-drawing at Dún Laoghaire College of Art and Design from 1989 to 1996. He served on the Board and as Chairman of Graphic Studio between 1998 and 2005. His work is represented in many public and private collections including: Bank of Scotland, Citibank, AIB, IIB, the Office of Public Works and The Chester Beatty Library. He is represented in Dublin by Hillsboro Fine Art and Graphic Studio Gallery. He lives and works in Dublin.
