DescriptionArmand Seguin was part of the international community of artists who lived and worked in Brittany in the early 1890s. He was a skilful printmaker and taught his friend, the Irish painter Roderic O’Conor the basics of etching. Executed in 1893 it is a fine example of a rare proof that describes the landscape around the tiny village of Le Pouldu which he lived and worked in.InscriptionLower right (in green and black ink); two artist's stamp monograms
