DescriptionThis simplified image of a horse shows Nano Reid's facility with line. The physicality of the animal is rendered effortlessly through the application of a few carefully chosen marks. Horses are a fequent motif in her work. Reid made drawings of the horses that lived in a field near her house at Millmount in Drogheda.
