DescriptionThis is an example of an anti-union satirical print which aims to expose the bribery and corruption involved in the lead-up to securing the Union of 1801. In this print the artist imagines how College Green will look after the passing of the Act of Union with Great Britain. A thriving Union Club contrasts with Daly’s Club House a gentleman’s club located on College beside the Parliament House which is shown in disrepair.
