DescriptionThis portrait of the poet Michael O'Siadhail (b.1947), is a good likeness. The sitter's first volume of poetry 'The Leap Year' was published in 1978 and his 'Collected Poems' came out in 2013. He has lectured at TDC and the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies and was editor of Poetry Ireland Review.
