upper centre (in ink): I am worse than ever now -quite hopeless/Did you hear I was getting a Rolls Royce - /you see I'm turning into a bit of a [blood] myself/now - its a sort of boat [shepherd] arrangement/something like this

lower centre (in ink): Sorry I can't draw - but it will be some car- if I'm/ever able to pay for it = I wish I had been able/to go to America- as a matter of fact I wasn't asked - but/would not have been able to anyway - this is/my busy part of the year and its nothing but sweat/from now till the middle of July./My love to you all - best of luck/[your] Woppy
