DescriptionPortrait of John Robartes, Baron Robartes of Truro (1606-1685), later 1st Earl of Radnor, Lord Lieutenant of Ireland and Speaker of the House of Lords. This print was an illustration to Park's edition of Walpole's 'A Catalogue of the Royal and Noble Authors of England' (London: 1806). It was based on a miniature by Samuel Cooper, then in the collection of the Reverend Mr Car.
