DescriptionNine preparatory studies for an oil portrait of John Rocha. These working drawings were made by the artist in preparation for a portrait of the Hong Kong born designer John Rocha (b.1953) which the NGI commissioned for the National Portrait Collection (NGI.2015.35). There are also three colour photographs taken by the artist of her own studio and Jonh Rocha's studio which she used as reference.
