Description'After the Fact' is the collective name for Durham's personal responses to the collapse of the Irish property boom in 2008. These three projects, in book form, were motivated by Durham's desire to understand one of the most significant events in Irish history since the declaration of the free state in 1922: the loss sovereignty.
