DescriptionThis print was inspired by a painting by Francis Wheatley 'The Dublin Volunteers on College Green, 4th November, 1779: NGI.125. IT forms part of the series commissioned for the exhibition 'Art into Art' held in the National Gallery of Ireland, 20 May - 19 August 1998. The prints were created by members of Graphic Studio Dublin and invited artists and were inspired by artworks in the Gallery permanent collection.
