DescriptionThis print is part of the series of 29 prints created for the exhibition 'Revelation' by members of Graphic Studio Dublin and invited artists. The exhibition was shown in the Print Gallery, 9 April - 28 September 2008, and it was lent as a touring show to a number of venues around Ireland and to Reykjavik, Iceland during 2009 and 2010. The artists were encouraged to look at works in the Gallery's collection for inspiration. Lalor's print was inspired by an 18th century drawing of Glendalough by Christopher Machell: NGI 6815.
